Vieux Sajous 2018 Aged 5 Years

This Clairin is the result of the distillation of crystalline sugar cane grown on the beautiful plateau of Saint Michel de l'Attalaye, aged for five years in Haiti. Vieux Sajous is the result of a blend of 18 barrels previously containing single malt or rum, enhancing the evolution of Clairin's primary scents with an aromatic complexity resulting from the esterification process.
