Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish

This Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is a double aged Rum from the Dominican Republic that after the classic maturation on American oak has had a finish on French Sauternes barrels on which sweet wine has matured. The result is a sweet Rum with fruity aromas and a combination of vanilla and sweet plums in the nose with hints of honey. In the mouth the taste of nuts, raisins and marzipan then emerge.
