Rhum Longueteau Cuvée Solidaire "Pour La Passion des Chefs"

This Rhum Longueteau Cuvée Solidaire "Pour La Passion des Chefs" was released in 2019, in the middle of the Covid crisis, and exclusively for the Belgian market. For every bottle sold, 3 euros went to a fund to support the HoReCa, which suffered greatly from the Covid measures at the time.
Today, fortunately, we have left all those problems behind us, but this exclusive version is still available. It is a white Agricole based on Canne Bleue, a variety of sugar cane known for its very pronounced aroma that often reminds of green, grass and fresh sweetness. As always with Longueteau, this Rhum has been able to rest for a long time in stainless steel vats, and the reduction was done slowly to 50% vol.
It is a tasty, flavorful and expressive Rhum that comes into its own both pure and in a Ti' Punch.
