Bayou Mardi Gras is the famous Bayou Single Batch Distillation in 100% copper pot still from Louisiana USA that, in addition to a 5-year maturation in bourbon barrels, has also been given a finish on Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels. The taste of wood and fruits takes the upper hand here and produces a wonderfully complex Rum.
